on the 95 remove the black plastic panel under the glovebox 7mm screws. and look up and you will see the pcm clipped in by two plastic clips, remove the 3 wire connectors to the pcm and slide it straight down.
the obd 1 computer does not need any programming. you have to reuse your old eprom though.
