| I cannot tell you how bummed I was. I had to work an all nighter... Major system outage from 7:30 Friday morning to 10:30 Sat Morning. (Yes, that's 27 hours) After the all nighter, I was beat. No way I was driving 2 hours... Oh well... I know there will be more chances... I look forward to getting together with ya! _________________ *****1997 Riviera***** 139K mi. 4 Chan amp, Gutted Airbox w/ram air, 104's, Extreme 8mm wires. | How about those wheels on the second 63, those are cool and the wire wheels on those others are classy. I guess I have never seen a 8th generation Riv with wire wheels... | Thanks, Randall for the pics! I was going to say the same, '65 Rivs are the best, imo. That's a great color for it, too. _________________ |

| Am I correct in that the light blue 63 is Pat Curran's riv, the former ROA New England region director? Our region's ROA picnic is this Saturday, Oct 3rd, at the Minuteman National Park, Concord, MA. Hope the weather will be agreeable and we get a good turnout. I'll try to get pic's and post them. _________________ Ship ROA New England Region BCA Minuteman Chapter 92 Riv coupe Midnight Blue 92 Riv coupe Ruby Red w/White Interior |

No Dave, Pat's Riv that was almost that color was a '65. He e-mailed that he wasn't able to come. He got 1st place with his '65 in the 63-65 class at Savannah and then it was sold shortly after he got home. He does still have his '69 Riv, he sent a message a couple of weeks ago that that Riv got "Best Buick" at the Food Lion Auto Fair in Charlotte, he said it has 8,900 miles on it now if I remember correctly._________________ '92 Black/Burgundy.............'95 Black/Tan...................'99 Silver Arrow #152.......'99 Silver Arrow #10 ROA #5360/NC Regional Coordinator http://www.cardomain.com/id/99Rivman |

| I should have known better...went back to the pic's you posted of your meet in May and realized it was a '65. He's one lucky guy to have a '69 with only 8900 miles on it!! Of my two '92's, one has 146K and the other has 123K miles. _________________ Ship ROA New England Region BCA Minuteman Chapter 92 Riv coupe Midnight Blue 92 Riv coupe Ruby Red w/White Interior |

| I love the front end on the 65, but overall, I dont think you can beat the 64 for looks. I am really bummed that I didn't get there now, would have been the only '97. _________________ *****1997 Riviera***** 139K mi. 4 Chan amp, Gutted Airbox w/ram air, 104's, Extreme 8mm wires.
