| The ROA New England Region is holding another annual picnic on October 3, 2009 (rain date Oct 4) at the Minuteman National Park, Concord, MA, from 11am til 5pm. Centrally located, there's ample parking, picnic tables, restroom facilities, and hiking trails. Bring your own favorite boxed lunch/drinks and enjoy an afternoon with fellow ROA members. Directions: From I-95 North or South (route 128), take exit 30B - route 2A West. The Minuteman Nat'l Park is just over 1 mile from the off ramp on route 2A. Our picnic will be at the Hartwell Tavern grounds; 2nd parking area on your right after the Visitor's Center enterence and 4/10ths mile beyond the Hanscome Field enterence. Look for the ROA Picnic signs. See you there. | Rick & Derek...I have an email into Steve Mullally asking if the picnic is still on and whether its Saturday or Sunday. If I don't hear from him by this early evening I'll phone him.
