JB weld won't really work because of the heating/cooling. Coefficient of expansion is very different between that epoxy and cast iron (the manifold's material) so the epoxy tends to bust off or, if you get it bonded right, it'll cause breaking again nearby.
I imagine there might be an appropriate repair epoxy but I don't know what it is. IF I were you I would ask at a farm or industrial supply store, and if I remember right Scotty you're out in Cecil (
near but not
in Pittsburgh) so a counterperson or clerk in a Tractor Supply or an independent industrial supply store ought to have an answer for this one. I suspect that someone may have formulated a steel- or iron-filled epoxy that they claim works. But I'd ask someone whose livelihood depends somewhat on whether it works & you won't find such a person at a big-box discounter or home center.
