My first dyno run with 2.6 pulley and 36lbs injectors. Toping off lean 12.0. Real bad run, but my new chip from Sinister Performance should fix it and will be pulling another run in about a week, might be going to a smaller pulley too.

Main difference is my TQ curve is WAY different than yours.. i had headers, 1.9RR, and a 3.4 pulley and no tune on this dyno.. and zero cool down time between pulls

Notice that Travis' graph has the RPMs spaced out further apart, giving the illusion of a flatter curve. On the same graph format, I think they build about the same rate, but the '95 would start building sooner. Also the '95 started recording sooner.

The 4k dip looks like a shift or letting off the throttle. If the run was pushed to 5.5k RPM, I think it would look more "normal". Was this run done entirely at WOT in 2nd gear?

just your average 270whp riviera..

Is that just wishful thinking? or are you calculating future mod's in your current sig. ????

Based on the Dyno sheet your not there yet.!!!!!!

270whp is conservative...... That dyno was right after i installed the headers and rockers... back when i had the gen 3 on and after it was tuned and i had the 3.15 on there i would have easily made 240-250whp gen v is an addtl 20whp plus i got injectors and e85.. i am hoping for 270whp but when i make 280whp i will be really happy smile

nah not really 3rd gear is the tranny's 1:1 ratio.. i had snow tires on the front of my car so my tuner didn't wanna wind it up to 130+mph on the dyno

Your Riv makes 232 WHP. Go back to the dyno and get a better number. BTW, a 40 WHP jump is ANYTHING but conservative!

FYI, my 248 WHP was done at 80ºF with 3.4" SC pulley. I know for a fact I'm making more power at 50ºF and a 3.3" pulley (~265 WHP), but I won't say it makes that much power until it's recorded on the dyno.
