Done right, you should run 12s with N2O. Tune carefully, and good luck!

Photo tip: press the little "flower" button on the camera next time you take pics of a spark plug!

I just read this whole thread and when you said L26, I immediately thought of this: http://us.geocities.com/shawn_kato/l26.html

Wow that engine sucks, it runs out of steam at 4100 rpm! No wonder GM went to the shitter.

It's not quite as bad as it looks for itsself. It gets a heavy body caddy from stop to cruise pretty quick. What I think is funny is that motor is an aluminum block with iron heads lol

Got it all put together. just have to clean out the engine bay.. clean the grease off the wiring harness.. than plug the wiring harness in and drop the motor in! like 3 hours left.. and some wiring of some gauges!!

So, what all do you have planned for this engine? Maybe a bulleted list would help me out. It's hard to follow everything that has happened in this thread.

-L26 bottom block 9.4:1 compression 15k miles on it
-L67 heads worked, valve job and decked and re surfaced
-Gen V ported with a ported matching LIM
-3.5 pulley for the winter (12 lbs of boost)
-93 octane for the winter, E85 again next spring
-Headers
-1.9RR's

I rebuilt it with all new gaskets and stuff..don't know what else you wanna know?
