I have spent countless dollars on trying to find this one problem my steering wheel shimmy and as I go over bumps or uneven pavement the car pulls to the right ball joints tie rods engine mounts trans mounts sway bar links rotors brakes calipers and on a hot day on the interstate I feel a lot of the road going up a hill is when it feels like the right wheel wants to move excessively

Yeah its a shimmy vibration just something I didnt feel before I got these tires which are balanced by me and they are in working conditions

I think this is more than one issue. The vibration is probably your tire/wheel balance. The steering pull pull might be alignment or inner/outer tie rod end.

brand new wheels tires changed all of that listed above I balanced the wheels my self alignment I did recently 2moths ago tie rods changed them

Try rotating the wheels, see if anything changes.

this is the only part I haven't touched yet this and front hubs and control arms and I just did alot of research reading today at work and it has alot of the signs of what im dealing with but I want to make sure before I go and spend some more money and be upset

Mr. AA I tried that as well I have been doing some searching and these are factory struts and mounts on the car still and they seem like the issue upon diagnosis

Never hurts to update the struts. The originals are usually shot after 100k miles, and they really weren't that good brand new. While you're in there replace the strut mounts/bearings, too.
