Congrats on the new riv!
I'm looking at the service manual for those codes and the diagnostic flow chart wants you to scan for some things to determine the performance of the sensor and check wiring/connections - do you have a scanner or some way to read the live O2 sensor information? Also volt meter / multimeter? I wouldn't suspect a fuse because it looks like both oxygen sensors share the same fuse for the heater circuit but it doesn't hurt to check anyway. That fuse is in the IP driver side door jam area - should be a 20A

fuse is a-okay as you suspected so i guess it comes down to swapping out some o2's shouldn't be too difficult !
