Electric Seat Empty
PostSubject: Electric Seat   Electric Seat EmptyThu Feb 26, 2015 2:59 pm

I just bought a 1964 Riviera. It has an electric drivers seat with a new motor. The seat seems to be stuck. I can hear the motor come on when I move the seat switch but the seat will not move. Any help?
Thanks in advance.

This site is mainly for the 95-99 Riviera.  Not saying you can't get help here, but you would be much better off here,   www.V8Buick.com

If the motor is running when you push the switch, then it must be a problem with the seat transmission.  Should be fairly obvious if you can unbolt the seat so you can see as you power the motor.
