Rear passenger trim removal

Can anyone give me some tips on how to remove the interior rear passenger trim?

It has been a while since I did it but I know the seats have to come out first. Then the threshold panel below the door has to come out, remove the trim piece on top and then it is screwed into the rocker panel. The lower side panels are held in with a couple of pretty sturdy push pins.

How much of it are you looking to remove?

The sail panels are held in with a couple more push pins, you do have to be careful with them, they will get damaged trying to remove them if you are not careful. The package tray has a couple of push pins behind the back of the seat back, and then I am pretty sure it just kind of slides out.

I'm trying to get behind that trim piece to hammer out a dent that's on that quarter panel. Seems like a PITA to remove that piece. Was thinking of using a dent puller but not sure about the results ID get.
