Pull it straight out and it will pop out. It won't be easy, but it will pop off. Make sure you grab on both ends of the mirror and pull straight out and not on an angle.

| One more thing. Depending on your options you may have some wires plugged in the back of the mirror so be careful with those. Take your time and it should come off. I would also wear some gloves to be safe.

| You might want to shoot some bee/wasp spray (on sale, large can, $2.99 at Ace Hardware) to kill critters behind the mirror. You'll have 2 or 4 wires ON the mirror, depending if it's just a heated mirror or the electro-luminescent variety (and I acknowledge probably using the wrong term). Search the forums about how to re-mount the mirror because it's a power mirror, and mine isn't working correctly. I need a weekend to get the manual out to make sure everything is lined up for remounting. I substituted a mirror from an Olds Aurora when my fancy one gave up the ghost. Junkyards are my best friends. | |

I pulled a mirror blank off an Aurora some time ago - the one I got had heat but no auto-dim, although it was tinted gray. Yours? Albertj | |
