Car is in good condition. Front strut mounts need to be replace. Is that possible to change ACC control unit from F to C? And stereo?

Nice car. Share your VIN so we can know more about your ride.

Can you see Helsinki on a clear day?

AC control will change from F to C, instruction is in owners manual. I think you just hold the AUTO button or some thing, but you really must look in the manual don't go by what I say this time. If you do not have a copy it is at this link:

https://my.gm.com/content/dam/gmownercenter/gmna/dynamic/manuals/1996/buick/riviera/1996_buick_riviera_owners.

One of the others will say how to se the display.
