my engine light came on the other day but when i ran my Actron CP9690 it said no codes so i bought a tech 2 clone it came up no codes as well,but in the history it had p0703 and p1257, im going to do some research in my FSM but any help is welcome the car is driving fine even when the engine light came on, also is there any videos on learning how to use a tech 2 scanner for our cars???Hope everyone is well take care thanks for reading!

Check your brake switch. Do you have brake lights?

the 1257 is supercharger over boost. Do you have a boost gauge?

my brake lights work,reverse lights work. i dont have a boost gauge but will a tech 2 scanner work? Also what is the switch right above the brake switch it has a vacuum or hose connected to it?

The brake light switch disengages the cruise control and torque converter clutch I believe. Your tech 2 should read EVERYTHING. lol
