I am swapping the 86k transmission with a 64k mile junkyard unit, and I am going to install a new torque converter. The problem is, I don't know which one is the correct tc for the '96 only 4T60E-HD. The parts websites show different "direct" fits, with different stall speed and designs. Transgo, GM Parts Direct, O'Reillys, Autozone show different parts number, really exhausting and confusing experience.
Does the '96 4T60E-HD comes with the ECCC logic system? And what's the correct code for the '96 4T60E-HD? The one from the junkyard says FLDB.
