Hello. New here. Have a 95 riviera. Do need help.
Wiper pulse board is bad and cannot find any good ones. Wondering if there are any that are interchangable from other models. Thank you

Its the board attached to the wiper motor. Has 3 torque screws that hold it on.

If it is part of the wiper motor, you'll need to by a rebuilt wiper motor.

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/buick,1995,riviera,3.8l+v6,1022027,wiper+&+washer,wiper+motor,8824

According to the buyers guide, that motor fit a lot of GM vehicles,

BUICK ELECTRA 1987-1990
BUICK LESABRE 1987-1999
BUICK PARK AVENUE 1991-1996
BUICK REATTA 1988-1991
BUICK RIVIERA 1988-1999
BUICK ROADMASTER 1991-1996
BUICK SKYLARK 1988-1998
CADILLAC 60 SPECIAL 1993
CADILLAC ALLANTE 1990-1993

Took a look at my 1998 Chassis manual.  The only thing I see is a Park Switch (internal to the wiper motor) replacement procedure.

Does this link help?

If not, try contacting Cardone.

The wiper motor isnt the issue. The pulse board attached to it is. From what ive seen, its common on these. Wipers wont shut off. Not sure if I could upload a pic or not. The board itself is unavailable.

So your only option is to buy a wiper motor from a boneyard and take the part you need. Is it possible the board has some poor solder joints? The HVAC control units suffer from that. You can repair them if your good with a solder iron.

Have tried both, part from yard and tried soldering. Didnt see any cracks in both that I have. More wondering if there is one from different model that works.
