If I purchased a used unit from someone. Would I have to pay extra to DHP in order to get the Bin for a 1996 riviera? I am confused because now they are compatable on all 3800 powered cars for the new ones sold.

No replies on this? I believe the years supported are only 97+. Did you ever buy a used PT? I have an opportunity also for a 1 1/2 yr old PT with the wide-open support, all 3800's 97+. $325 shipped. Any big complications to buying used? DHP doesn't seem very responsive to emails, and re-licensing thru them is required too. BUT, PFYC tells me there is also a lead time for new, as they are not stocked.

BTW, new is now only $387, this guy paid $500 back when the A/D inputs were a $100 option.
