 cleaning Supercharger?????????

Okay i have rubbershards all over my engine compartment from when my water pump went and when my dad got it replaced (too bad he didnt pick up the 500 dollar bill too!!) they nvr cleand it so i was wondering if it is possible to use a heavy duty grease remover for this??? and if so would it hurt the engin to spray it off with mid pressured water?????? i have sprayed off engines b4 but they werent mine so YAH lol

You should be all right. Grease remover and water won't hurt the blower. I'd wrap electrical components in plastic when you spray.
