You could either get one of those cheap bluetooth OBD adapters and use an app called Torque. It's only on Android I believe. You could also get a DHP Powrtuner so that you could make changes to the PCM as well as logging.

Anyone with a droid OS device + bluetooth that needs an awesome scanner on the cheap.
