Anyone know of better CV axles available for the Riv than OEM? Mine are orig and now I am starting to put some power down (not to mention lowering the car) and they are starting to make some noise.

I would just get your current shafts rebuilt.. there pretty beefy..but if your so inclined to upgrade them an have money..you could call the drive shaft shop an have a custom set made..

Your power level currently should be fine with stock axles. Although lowering does change the geometry and that can cause issues. What do the angles of the axles ilook like in comparison to orginally?

I haven't look at the new angle so I don't know what kind of difference there is. I am taking it in to the dealership I am very close with and they are going thru the front end. Don't know my problems are a bad ball joint, bad tie rod, bad strut mount, or bad CVs. Once I figure it out, I will decide what to do...

the stockers should take you well into the 12s as long as they are in good shape.
