New here. The wife and I own a 99 Riviera Silver Arrow #102. The wife is a long time Buick fan and has owned several in the past. She's owned a '38 business coupe among them. As for Rivs, she's owned a 96, a 97 and now a 99. We just parked the Silver Arrow with 47k miles on it and now it sits in the garage. We just purchased an 06 Buick Rainier to replace the Riv for her daily driver.

Here's a pic with her 97 and 99 SA together in the driveway.

Welcome!

The paint looks great on both vehicles.

Regretfully, we don't have the 97 anymore. Sold it shortly after acquiring the 99. The 97 did seem to be slightly "stronger" than the 99 but other than that, it was identical in handling. The 99 did give us the passenger heated seat that the wife was wanting in the 97.

The 99 has some blemishes on both bumpers that need to be reworked. It's on my list of things to get done. You can tell the 97 is just slightly darker than the 99.
