High Energy Starter

What is it on the exotic cars like Lambos and Ferraris that when they start they have that really high pitched whirring unlike many other cars that sound much slower? This is the sound I'm talking about (From 0 to 4 seconds):

Is there any possible way to put a starter or whatever it is that makes that sound on a different car?

that's USED with FIRE DAMAGE for $400
i have no idea what makes it special other than it's used to turn over 12 cylanders and last the life of the car.

if you are looking for a newer or better starter, i think the L32 engines have a revised starter that will fit the L67, but i dont know for 100% if it fits or if it would be better. maybesomeone else here knows more about the L32 starters?

I don't know about all your cars, but I don't hear the starter but for a part of a second before the motor fires up, even when it's winter temp.

Gear reduced starters.

They reduction is amazing to spin up the motor with that much compression etc.
