Sounds like the hub/bearing assy, yes. That is what Intense has pictured there, but I don't know if that is correct for your 96 Riv. Check our parts listings on the forum, no doubt you will find the correct parts listed.

I've had issues in the past with flaky wheel speed sensors in aftermarket hub/bearing assys. I'd recommend getting a GM one from monsterpartsonline or gmpartsdirect. Other GM discounters have been mentioned in the parts suppliers thread.

I went with Timkens. They were a little more but well worth it.

I agree with rivparadise. I worked with some of the Timken R&D people in an industry association. They really care deeply about quality, down to the metallurgy and coating technology. IMHO you can't go wrong with a Timken bearing. Timken OEMs many (not all) of the bearings for GM. SKF is another top bearing supplier.

Try gmpartsdirect or NAPA. If the NAPA store has theri value line and top line hub assemblies in,a sk the counter guy to let you see both. You will probably see somewhat of a difference. The difference is in materials - can't really see that - but that's reflected in how they parts are fit and finished.
