 intermittent hard steering

PostSubject: intermittent hard steering   Wed Mar 04, 2009 4:33 pm

my son just called and said the 95 riv steering tighened up on him a couple of times today. any ideas on what I should check for other than fluid when I get home tonight? thanks

To start: check serpentine belt and pulleys. Listen to power steering pump for noise, check power steering fluid level.
