I like that. The Riv emblem looks kinda strange under the mesh.Cant ya carefully remove the R and attach it to the outside of the mesh?

What if you trimmed out an ellipse the shape of the Riv emblem, letting it pop through the mesh? I think that would look pretty sweet.

Was thinking of cutting out the emblem! Gonna sit on it for a few days and see how it looks! She is going in on Saturday for the Crank Sensor! Will keep everyone updated and will post some more pics soon!

That looks pretty nice Sam, but I agree with robo, detach the "R" from in behind the mesh and attach it to the front.

I must say, that looks pretty sweet. Congrats Sam, I am sure you will be getting lots of looks around town. One question, how did you get the mesh to conform to the contour of our grill?

Got it to form by bending horizontally first. Then, after some bloody fingers, I pushed the top and bottom in as I went along in the final install. I left about half an inch on each end and cut about an inch slit of the plastic so I cull pull it through and bend it over. I also put a 1/4 piece of chrome molding around to hide any imperfections. This stuff is SHARP and will cut you without you knowing it.

Oh wow, I just noticed the chrome strip! That's a good idea since it hides any gaps very well, and looks like it belongs.
