What if any options are there for this (95 Series 1 SC) engine to drop the Air Charge Temp?

That's a tough one. One way might be to adapt an M90 blower to fit the Series I (not simple), then modify a Series II intercooling kit to work. Lots of time and money would be involved, imo. But the result would certainly be unique.

More on using the M90 with Series I:

Intercooling = less knock for running more boost.

Not for these people. lol.

I have spent the better part of 2 years investigating, looking into and studying the effect's, positive or negative, regarding the use of water/meth to help the engine and save all the labor of installing an intercooler. I kept coming up with peoples negative responses to using meth, over and over again. Never quite knowing why 99% of the people that know better are against it.

NOW, I FINALLY KNOW WHY. I WAS DOING MY RESEARCH IN THE WRONG AREA'S.
Thank you for saving me from this horrible fate.
Might be fun for a while, but............................

I've been looking around....and I haven't seen anything about Intercooled 95 riv's, so I was planning on giving it a shot...buy a cheap kit and do it myself....

Question:
How much gain will I see in HP?(if any) twisted

none. In practicality. There is no inter-cooler for the 95 SC. You can't raise the SC because it bolts into the alternator bracket, among other problems. There was a thread around somewhere where I talked about it. A custom job has been done on a Bonneville, but the heat exchanger had to be stuck inside the LIM itself. All of it would have to be custom, and nothing about it will be cheap.
