pulling off the red lens on the door

Well, the bulb in the red light at the back of my driver's door is out.

I see no obvious way to get the red lens off. That usually means I'll break it for sure if I tear into it.

Anybody know if there's a trick to this?

if you look very closely at the lens you will see how it comes out with a little "help" from a pocket-size screwdriver.

Alternatively you can take the door panel off (easier than it looks, 5 screws) and look at the backside, then it's really obvious how it comes apart.

put a flat screwdriver on the side of the light closest to the door handle push to the outside of the door panel and pull the red light out. Then unplug the light by turning it and pop it out.

Yep, lil screwdriver on the side closest to the handle. Be careful.....It's either that or pull the door panel off.

If you break it my dad has ten other ones so i can get you one lol.
