Looks like a good start. I'm excited to see the finished bumper. Are you going to do anything to the rear?

A few more pics..I ran out of poly foam and am ass in the middle of the job too! The shape is comin along like I want.I guess the hard part is having both sides come out even.

I dropped the front about 2 inches.when the glass goes on,I'll then fine tune the height depending on how low I further drop the car when my adjustable coilovers are all done.

Here is a view from the front.still a very rough casting.but the height is about where I want it.and still waiting for the poly foam to come UPS.should be finished in a couple weeks.I'm thinking of the possibility of making a blank? I'll see how it turns out.

Please tell me: where did you find them wheels?!?! and how much were they? are they 18's? 20's? Also, how wide? razz

so right now you are just sculpting the bumper, then are you going to make a fiber glass mold and then make a cast from that mold?

If that is plan, what are you taking the final cast with? will you use fiber glass to cast the final piece from a fiber glass mold?
