Looking good from someone that knows the work that takes. Do you have shots of the runners? I did the same with my new one although it was already opened for the IC and the runners were already roughly gasket matched. I just did all the tedious smoothing and polishing.

i took some of the runners but my camera would not focus so they all turned out blurry. did you use a dremel or drill?

I used a dremel and then hand sanded all of it.

This was nearly done.

Turts was well done. When I had his blower the effort was evident, as the material the genV supercharger is made of is very hard to get to a smooth finish. I can only imagine what his LIM turned out like.

nice what grits of paper did you use?? all i have is disks for a DA might have to stop by the depot and get some. Didnt get to finish the top of the ports yet waiting to goto MI and pick up my dremmel extension its a little smaller for the tight fitting places

I think 80-150ish grit. I found I had better luck just wearing down the slightly rougher paper and using them for the final polishing rather than using new sheets of fine grit. The aluminum just clogs up the abrasive and then it's useless.
