Hi all! happy

I have a 96 Buick Riviera 3800 Series II with 206,000k on it. A few months ago while driving, the car pretty much shut down, lost driving ability and power briefly, along with the check engine light coming on, but then seemed to run normally again by itself after coasting for about 30 seconds-1 minute or so. The check engine light has been on all this time, so today I checked the codes and they came up as:

P0753
P0758
P1864

I am aware that it is a tranny issue and tranny codes, but does anyone have any specific ideas? I read somewhere that it might be the tranny control module?? It doesn't seem to be running oddly.... Seems to be running rather normally actually since then. confused

Has anyone seen these codes? Wheres a good place to start to rectify this?

Thanks in advance!

check the big wiring connector at the firewall for a hidden break in the engine harness side wires. That harness goes to the PCM.
