Heater fan Troubles Empty
PostSubject: Heater fan Troubles    Heater fan Troubles EmptyWed Sep 26, 2012 3:36 pm

Hi all .. i searched but found nothing!

I have yet to check but the girlfiend has informed me the 95 riv she drives (mine) heater fan is on full tilt and will not slow! not low not med or any in between just full blast!

i dont have the cct diagrams with me.. or service manual. Does any one have any ideas where to start.

I understand there is a heater "resistor" in or near the air box on the passengers side thats my plan of action. any other ideas... ?

Oh I think i have disconnected the controls on the steering wheel when i fitted a PAC controler for the radio.

Thanks in advance
Nigel

Hmmm... well even with no replies i got it fixed...

But i am really kicking myself.. When the AC compressor took a dump i removed the 10 amp fuse for the fan. that fuse is for the speed feedback! new fuse all ok now.

regards
Nigel
