I am the Resident Rookie. Looking to get a late 90's Riv.

This is my stop in to say hi. I've always been a GM guy and have recently started venturing out into other brands but I always seem to come back to a GM Product. I've got a 02 Silverado 2500HD with an 8.1 and 6spd manual, 94 Mustang I'm building to have a 6-71 on a DOHC 4.6, 02 RSX type-s and a few others. I'm looking to thin out the list and add a Supercharged Riv as a DD and quick toy to play with as well.

I work in the IT field currently and spent the last 10 years as a Ford/Subaru Parts guy as well as a Honda Tech. I currently buy, sell and flip cars to pay for the toys and keep ends meeting in the middle. I'll buy and sell just about anything on the side if I can make a few bucks on it. I've always been the guy who can find things when someone needs something. Feel free to drop me a line and say hi. I'll post up pics of the truck and FrankenStang later just for giggles.

I'm hoping. Mom had an 02 LeSabre and I liked it as a driver. I need a decent daily driver and am getting rid of the problematic RSX soon. After reading everything that can be done with the 3.8 cars I'm seeing what I can find. I'm up for just about any 3.8 Supercharged car tho. I'm always up for a challenge.

Here is a pic of the truck towing the FrankenStang to storage. I jokingly call it the TowQueen. She guzzles premium fuel but will tow anything I hook her to. The last time she was on the dyno I had the speed governed to 70 and made 420ftlbs of torque and 298HP. Not a bad set of numbers out of an all original unopened 150k mile motor/trans.

*EDIT* wooopsie. Forum won't let me post a photobucket image for 7 days. That'll just have to wait then.

Matt, you can try hosting an image though the "host an image" icon in your reply field. Let me know if this works for you. Thx.

AH HAH! Thank you to the admin. I figured it would be locked out if a photobucket link was blocked.

Cool. FYI, the policy isn't in place to keep the new member waiting, it's there to block ANY linking to the outside (a nice, polite F-you to spammers who sign up with wrongful motives). Uploading images direct to our site doesn't fly so well if you're a spammer!

I understand completely. Sometimes its just annoying when you haven't been a newb on a forum in a long time and you join one hitting the hurdles thinking *this is why it sucks being a rookie*.
