New to this 8th generation era Riviera I need to upload pics and needs ideas John is the name somebody tell me how to upload pics please?

If you plan on doing any work to your Riv, you should be able how to figure out how to upload an image here!

You can host them on photobucket.com, it's free. Then just paste the IMG link in the body of the message and the picture will be there. Do you have the computer skills to do that? I only ask because some do not.

He's 27, he should have the skills.


Thought this was pretty interesting... another user on our forum with the same name?

Welcome.  Posting images on forums fast and easy if you have a pic hosting site.  Once you have uploaded your pics to a hosting site and want to post a pic, go to Reply and see the icons, one of which is "insert image".
You can also host on fotki.com for free.  Been using Fotki for about 10 years without major problems.  However, my Fotki account is paid because of the volumn of images I store.  Check out a few of picture hosting sites before you select one.

Johnny5, can you introduce what model year have? It would be really helpful if you put that information and any other important options or modifications you have made in your signature. That really helps folks answer any technical questions by knowing what you already have.

Yep, but your signature "follows" all your posts, so no matter what thread you post in, people will know "at a glance" what model year, options and modifications you have.

People have probably read your other thread, but they aren't likely to remember the details over time.

Yeah thats me im completely stock no major mods except a throttle body adapter plate now I need help with tuning timing and questions

Johnny5, do not let anyone every put you down because you are based in Louisiana.

I was birthed in NC. Both parents southern and I lived in about 16 states, many different cities, and 4 different countries. I still have a southern accent at age 62.

Remember first time I moved to NYC, I was in my 20s. New Yorkers thought me stupid because of my southern accent. Proved them wrong when I designed upscale hotel resorts and casino hotels.

Proved them wrong again when I wrote a design book that resulted in a 10 year international speaking venue. No one cared if I had a Southern accent. Book sales resulted in $100,000 profit for this southern boy with an accent.

Im not boss it would only hurt me if I let it and real hurtful if I was from Louisiana but last time I checked I stand up when I P so he cant hurt me and plus im from Virginia down here for these offshore jobs thats all

Im good I didnt think much of it but of it at all he started welcoming me and then said that Im just saying im fully capable of doing the mods I just had some questions about getting help with getting established right away ...
