guy over on the GP forums is writing his own tuning software. I'll let you all read more about it here:

It seems pretty promising for what he has so far. Currently, he can't release anything until he has the framework license which costs $1000. He set up a GoFundMe for $1200 to cover the GFM 9.5% fee.
