Hi , do you think our bumpers are strong enough to mount a small 1" hitch to pull
a <100 lb tongue weight <1000 boat ?

No , that's 200$ lol I don't wanna spend that much money on my. Car with 100000 +miles , I need a cheaper alternative . I already knew they were out there .... You wanna know if ya clamp a hitch on our bumper if its strong enough ?

the manual says not to use a bumper hitch. so i built my our hitch with a similar design to store bought hitch, they mount in between the bumper and frame. so the load would be in the same spot. i almost put a bumper hitch on my Riviera but i decided to listen to the manuals advice. but i knew i wanted to be able to carry a decent amount of weight. its up to you if you think you will drive careful and don't push its limitations.
