Will 15" rims fit my 98

I have a set of 15" steelies from my old Deville. Bolt pattern, bore and offset will work but I don't know about brake clearance. Was thinking of throwing a set of winter tires on them. I have a bad back so thought I'd ask before making the effort of taking a wheel off to check.

Hard to say. The easiest thing to do is to bolt the wheel on before mounting tires on them. Stock 1995-99 Buick wheels are 16 X 7" with +42mm offset, so back spacing is about 5.65". What do the Deville wheels measure?

That would be the easiest thing to do if I had a healthy back. I asked to see if somebody already knows.

Yeah, I understand, but it's pretty unlikely that anyone here has even attempted this.  They usually go for bigger 17 or 18" wheels.  Maybe get a friend or relative to assist you? Where do you live?

Go for 16's instead. My new rims from 4wheelonline are 16's and they fit perfectly.
