| That is not a separate part. The stainless fender opening insert and the rubber insert are one unit.
I repaired mine with urethane intended for cementing windshields in place. Take the stainless insert out of the fender, being careful not to damage the clips. Repair it by gluing it back into place. reinstall it. It's way easier to handle while out.
This is a permanent repair, I repaired mine almost 10 years ago.

| I glued one together last year. I think I used a weatherstrip glue designed specifically for this kind of thing. I'll try to find it later. | |
