It's not a factory option, and it's not real wood. It's an aftermarket kit that you install yourself. Basically a bunch of stickers with a thick layer of epoxy coating. I have one in my car. It took me three months to install, although I'm sure I set the record on that one. I used a BD Trims kit - they sent me piece after piece that was damaged or incorrectly manufactured. Also, I pulled every interior panel that was getting "wood" added, and painted around the edges to match my wood color (black paint to match black African Zebra Wood). It was a painstaking process and I nearly screwed it up in a couple places. You have to be careful not to get bubbles under the wood trim. I got a couple under the passenger side dash piece but was able to, extremely carefully, drill through the dash panel from behind and let the air out of the bubble. I also didn't quite get a piece aligned right on the driver's side door - the triangular piece that has the vents in it. It's very difficult to get that piece to align right. You only get one chance with these things. The glue sticks forever if you've prepped the dash surface right.
I've been very happy with my kit though. My car's interior was an ocean of the same grey plastic. It looks much better with the black wood kit. I also installed a Wheel Skins leather steering wheel cover with black sections to match the dash kit.
