I want to give a big Thank you to members of this forum. I recently bought a 96 and was trying to solve the last trouble code it had for a malfunctioning camshaft position sensor. After making sure that power was going to the sensor I was ready to start replacing it. I decided to look thru past posts here and I found the black wire fix. Sure enough my little black wire was broken in two at the junction box. I ran a jumper wire and the codes gone!

Such a common problem. Not sure why that wire breaks on so many cars. Glad it was such an easy fix.

I'm thinking maybe because it's so much smaller than the other wires
