It connects to the throttle body and is a different size on each end

the vacuum hose on my 95 is a s shaped vacuum with 2 different diameters it kept sliding off. if the rubber is good but not staying on the line where it connects too .i used xtra small hose clamps to stay in space

The boot is cracked but I just put some rtv on it and once that sets i will put it back on and clamp it if i cant work out a replacement fitting

I used 2 pieces of (reinforced) fuel line of correct ID and glued them together with tire patch cement by cementing about 5 mm of the larger hose over the smaller. Instead of that gluing you could use a plastic or brass adapter nipple. The smaller line, I used a somewhat longer piece (maybe an inch or so longer than the original) so I could make the bend without kinking.
