hey this is a great site ive been browsing for a few days and ive had the car for a week now. major thanks to thouse that built this site. now on to me im 19 and have alot of car experiance ive taken corses in collision repair at the local carrer center and graduated the top of my class. ad winter set in i was loking for a good winter beater and found a 95 rivi at an impound lot that had a smashed drivers door so i asked about it and talk him down to 1200 the car has 118000 miles on it and needs a little work , i need to get used to the handaling its no where near as tight as mysummer car( 85 ws6 fiero) but it is way faster, i dont have to many major plans for the car but i want to tint the tails and windows paint part of my wheels (trust me on this one) openup the intake and exhaust, the door needs replaced and the decklid needs repainted, while im working on the trunk i will make a 3 pice ducktail spoiler out of fiberglass (think camero) and im gonna paint the lower body cladding body color, that is if i ever find out what the friggin colors called the local paint shop cant find it in there computers and what they do find is not the color of the car???? its 91U but it comes up as a green and its really not a gren car lol. any help there would be apreciated

edit for the pics

As far as handling...get the STB and the sway bars and you'll notice a BIG difference. There are threads for each of these mods.

FYI: You can get your steering wheel repainted too. Check out one of the dealership in your area and ask them who does their interior repairs on their used cars. The guy in my area will repair the SW for around $45.

BTW your gauges look good in the driver door. wink

welcome again and nice looking riv. I can't wait to see what you do with it. Is that an HWI tractor? I used to have one that looked a lot like it but mine had huge atv tires and a pulley swap. Those were the good old days.
