Hello from Minnesota Empty
PostSubject: Hello from Minnesota   Hello from Minnesota EmptyWed Jan 09, 2008 6:13 pm

Hey guys. I am an active member (Site Recruiter) over at www.bonnevilleclub.com, but I am a Riv newb. I own a 00 Bonnevile SSEi that is quite modified (see sig). I recently came upon an L67 on craigslist that I wanted to buy. I asked the guy if he had the transmisson also. He said to take the entire car!

It is a 97 Riv with 110k on it. Black on Black. I have not seen the car yet, I am picking it up this weekend. I am really only concerned about the engine. The car is probably in poor condition, not good enough to restore, but good enough to part out.

What I am wondering is if I am going to have a hard time selling these parts. Are black body and interior parts selling in high commodity? What kind of parts should I be listing? Anybody with requests for parts would really be appreciated.

Thanks for your help!

Welcome, Andrew. Check out our For Sale section and post up your parts when you get the car. I remember your screen name from somewhere... Maybe you uploaded some video of your screaming Bonne at some point?

Yes, there are lots of videos out there.

I'll get the parts posted as soon as I can.

Welcome! I do need a couple of interior parts. If it has heated seats (and they work) I need the heating element.

It's hard to have a Riv interior THAT beat that it's an unusable car... I'd like to see pictures.

Welcome, Andrew. I could be interested in a nice condition grille, possibly rims, or just center caps. Do you know what style rims it has? Post up some pics when you are able to, or email to dave.gramlow@horvick.com

Yes, Eagle Lake is 2 minutes from Mankato. I am going to school in Mankato so I am there everyday. If not for school, for Wal-Mart wink

I will post pics as soon as I get it.

Cool, we have a branch store in Mankato, maybe if you have any items I need, you could drop them there, they can ship to me in Fargo pretty cheaply. smile

If it has the graphite interior, I'm definately interested in some interior parts! Door handles, console lid...not sure what else. I'll come up with a list. THANKS. I'll take the steering knuckles too if the price is right. Thanks again.
