Do you guys think there would be any benefit to Porting a Polishing a set of heads. But still having the stock cam?

Surely there would be a benefit if you knew what you were doing. Whether it would be worth the work/cost is the question.

smile I would say not worth the cost until you have already done ported blower, big cam, small small pulley and you are outflowing the stock heads... but will you see some gain? Probably a little...

Look at it this way, if you ever do a cam, then you will have to take the heads off anyway. Basically I wouldnt do the heads unless you are doing a cam.

Sure you can get a cheap set of heads to play with. BUT to swap them in you will spend a lot of cash on gaskets. SC + Lower intake + Head gaskets+ Rocker bolts, to name a few.
