| Welcome to the forums! 184,000 km is about 80,000 miles, so for a 21 year old car that's great! We can definitely help you here. Are you in France France, or Canada France? | |

| Welcome! Looks good. I used to know a fun trick you can play with the touch screen... (we used to have an '86)
I think you press 'heater' and 'off' from the main screen (it's been about 10 years since we had this car, the memory is a little fuzzy), and it takes you into vehicle service mode. From there you can see the raw output of every sensor the computer reads!

| Welcome, Ti_Max Your Riv looks very clean. I had a '90' (similar body) and always loved the comfy ride and great handling. It doesn't have the zip of the supercharged 3800, but it's still a Riviera and a very classy sport model | |

Ca fairait bien. Sounds more practical than having extra dials all over the place. (I took French in HS)

I have see a couple of performance patch like that http://www.yourhotcar.com/prod/Surge_Engineering/Performance_Parts/Performance_Chips/Surge_Performance_Chip/17558 . Is write save 1-4mpg....it's real or it's just an illusion ?? . I can save gaz with another stuff ? Thank's for your time.

| Best ways to save gas = 1) engine in proper operating order (many times an old O2 sensor can be costing you gas). Tune-up, proper oil weight, etc 2) tires properly inflated and aligned 3) be easy on the gas pedal. It's a big V6 and will suck it down if you have a heavy foot.
We had an '86 Riv and usually got around 22-24mpg on the highway, 15-18mpg city.

| i'd just do a good tune up...new o2 sensor , plugs , wires , fuel filter. air filter...it should improve a good deal and it can't hurt to do it all anyway. if i
and how come his comes with the cruise on the wheel and the late models dont? lame...
