Back End Boogie Empty
PostSubject: Back End Boogie   Back End Boogie EmptyMon Jun 30, 2008 8:17 am

Every time I go over a decent sized bump my back end shifts like a broken strut tower.
I have had the car aligned and a new set of air shocks and this still did not cure the problem. They got the back into spec with the alignment but said I still need camber adjustments. My back wheels also look like they're toed in.
Anyone else have this problem?

Is the back end up really high? Like a stuck/broken air pump? Does your air pump run all the time? Sounds like the air shocks are jacked up...

There are also upper rear control arm bushings and such. The rear suspension has a lot to it, but a good tech should be able to find the problem. It's just a G-body, there are a million of em out there.

Try unhooking the air line and letting the shocks air all the way down.

I bypassed the compressor and put a valve underneath the bumper. I keep them about halfway. I have tried letting all the air out and no luck.
I have had the car aligned 3 times at goodyear because my back tires kept scalloping on the edges.
They replaced my tires 3 times and now they want to do it again. I told them to screw off because they are ruining my rims by taking tires on and off so much.
I am tired of them.
