latest meet

im a member of CNFCGP (central and north fl club grand prix). i dont technicly fit in, since the group was designed for regals,GP's,monte's, and impala's, so i am the only riv owner there but thats fine by me .
anyways, we had our annual meet & greet called Mod day, where everyone meets up at someones house to help fix each others cars and add mods. i didnt have any mods but i fixed my CKP sensor. if anyone is interested here is a link so some of the pics and videos of the meet. there were alot of nice cars there, and a few that didnt quite belong. corvette,500hp supra, the black regal has a turbo and is FAST,the black 04' GP is turbo'd, and the blue imp is a 12sec car. with the exception of the GTO and Vette, everyone else was forced induction! thats alot of HP in one driveway

Some very nice looking rides. I bet that's a fun group to hang with not to mention, I bet it turns a lot of heads to see that many nice looking cars rollin' down the road together.

merrit island, just east of you. its a yearly mod day, but we go to the track every so often. usually g-ville or bradinton tracks b/c OSW sucks! and noone ever wants to go

Merrit Island! Wow that is close to me. I'm out that way all the time. Usually I am out there in my truck.

UCF is having a car show on may 19th if your interested. its in SE orlando. i think its 35 to enter but free to view. there will be models, exotic cars, x-box challenges,etc.

i'll prolly head out there for it

The Riv, El Camino, or Impala SS. What car categories are they going to have? Is there a website or flyer anywhere?

I missed street warriors in bradenton last week my friend sean went he said 10 bucks to run the 1/4 all night long.. woulda been a blast, but I ended up going to a friends party :/ theres always next year

well we had our show today! it was a great turn out and the weather was perfect. i did not place but it's b/c the groups were messed up. they had all gm's in one group (10/12 were either vettes or fbodys) and then divided the others into dodge (only one in the show), chrystler (only one of those) and the rest was import/exotic.
there were ferrari's, vipers, 2 m400 noble's, 911TT,F550 with lambo doors(the ford truck not the ferrari), the list goes on but there were over 80 cars.
the 1st place in gm went to a twin turbo 07 C6 vette that was the coolest vette i've ever seen. had complete custom int. and under hood decor. i had no problem giving up my trophy to that car...but 2nd place was an esclade on 24's jack'd up 4ft!!!!! he spent a ton of money on the suspension. there was also a supercharged/cam'd z06 with a 150 shot of N2O that was in 3rd (he had a pile of broken pistons in the trunk ). maybe next year they will either put the vettes in a seperate category or make a buick group (but i was the only buick there )
btw the guy with one of the nobles placed 3rd in the 1lap america race with his M5 V10 bimmer.

The weather was perfect for a show. I actually drove out that way then realized I did not have the flyer with me. I drove by UCF thinking I would see the show going on there.

I then rolled out towards Apoka as I heard there was a show being held there too. I ended up kickin' it at a few friends house in Altamonte Springs. Go figure.
