| Had the 100K maintenance done
Flush tranny Flush brakes Flush coolant Flush power steering Tune up (plugs & wires) oil change/oil filter air filter grease certs fuel filter pcv
Had Meineke do it... car seems to shift a lot smoother! But my ? is, where is the fuel filter? I'd like to see the "new" one.... just curious.
Gracias guys!
Oh, all that was $600 with discount... so I'm okay with it. Small price to pay to have Riv run great for another 100K!

| Fuel filter is on the drivers side under the car in front of the rear wheel. | |

| Wow, that certainly is a tune up! Congrats, and enjoy. I agree, original trans fluid at 100k is probably at the end of it's usable life. Should definitely feel a difference. _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

| LOL... I didn't see the "ass" comment down there Hardy har har!
Drove home last night at midnight from the local bars (I had water all night)... windows down, sunroof open (moonroof open?).. music on, cool 69 degree air.... car all shined.... perfect. Car does actually run better I think.. I do notice the shifts are quieter & smoother. Not like they were bad before, but it does shift nice!
ON a side note. It's so much fun to come home from the bars and not have drunk anything... I admit in my youth I often did drink to much & drive, but have wisened up a LOT since I've gotten older. I kept wishing to go through a sobriety checkpoint or something so I could say I was at the bars all night.... but I only had water... but none.
I think I'll keep my beautiful RIv for longer!

| I'd be curious what zerk fittings they greased. I don't think there are any grease-able components in the Riv unless you've had replacement tie rods.
But anyhow, glad you are happy with the way it's running!

| I think if you look on the ball joints there's something... I think..... besides that spot,I've never seen anything else either...
But you see, I'm old and in my day (old man's voice) you greased the chassis on every shop visit. It was up hill both ways in the snow!

But anyhow, glad you are happy with the way it's running! There are zerk fittings on the '95 and '96, ball joints and tie-rods on the front and tie-rods on the rear, '97 and after they were deleted.
