regal rims on riv

My rims are starting to look a bit rady, and was wanting a stock looking rim with a bit more open area, what do u guys think of these 7 spoke regal rims, they sell on ebay for 300 for the set, for reproduction ones

I think for $300/wheel, you can do a better wheel.

It's for a set of 4 @ $299. I'd get something nicer instead of spending that much on them. Also, depending on your Riv, we have 16x7 stock rim size(not all of us). And there are no center caps or lug nuts included. Center caps are not cheap either.

im only running stock size(225/60/16) how much of a difference will the 6.5 compares to my 7 inch rim be

A wider rim can take a wider tire of the same aspect ratio (60). You can run the stock tire size on a slightly wider rim without any trouble. You could go to a slightly wider tire, but then you have to start playing with the aspect ratio and your speedo will be off a little one way or the other.
