| its a series one engine.
same thing happened to me...
you can get it from the dealership for 60-75$
it comes as both those pulleys that are pictured.... on one bolt and they spin opposite directions.
its kinda confusing at first, but all you do is remove that bolt on the outside pulle and both pulleys are on that bolt.
go to the dealership and ask for a dual Idler pulley for a 95 buick riviera | |

| Looks like an idler pulley, they should be available aftermarket from Dayco (in steel instead of plastic), I think they're around $25. I forget exactly, it's been a while. There is a thread on this board somewhere that gives the part numbers. Search for idler pulley or pullies. | |
