| I think it's really cool and a little disturbing that you have a 2.55" pulley on your GenV, and I have a 2.5" on my little M62..........
I'm loving the work you've been doing to the car, and I REALLY like the Aeroforce gauge setup. Looks awesome!

Make sure your vehicle speed-based shift points aren't causing the shifts before you reach the RPM-based shift points. That's true but if I'm not backwards, with a bigger final drive gear ratio, my mph should actually be lower than target before right which would mean rpm would sorta take over as the limiter. Btw I love this torque! Even if I end up needing to cut back on top end to use this pulley, I will! The engine pulls this fat ass car around like it's nothin!

| Scott on the right track and actually Matt in your vagueness you aren't wrong either lol That's gonna be the replacement for the individual ring retainers for the autometer gauges in the ash tray now. The dealy hanging off it is gonna be the 12pin plug that everything I've added to the ashtray can get wired to, except the nitrous harness since it has its own plug, so removal/install of the whole thing is easier. There's gonna four switches instead of two so that's really gonna be a handful to try to disconnect all individually. | |

| If anyone was wondering how to totally max out an 85mm maf sensor... 2.55 pullied m90 & about 6650rpm. I was a little weary of running that small of a pulley on a high compression motor but it seems honky-dory with it. E85 is so f'n worth it sometimes! I confirmed a couple other things with these logs today. Firstly the 97 computer sucks! I'm pretty sure those stairs on the mph line is because of the lack of update speed from the single bus path on my OBD. Also different stuff refreshes at different intervals or something because I'll have things that are still showing conditions that are impossible based off other sensors in that frame. It's worse now that I've added some more scan parameters. I might have to make a few different scanning profiles in hptuners to only scan certain things at a time if I need to get critical. Otherwise, that maf table is the LS1 table that comes with the DHP software as an import table and it seems to be dead freakin nuts with my sensor. Like I probably wouldn't even touch it at all if I didn't need more head room for nitrous. Also If you have scans to compare to, you can see the difference the 3.11 gearing makes in the rpm:mph relationship. Although topping out 1st gear at 55mph probably looks pretty normal, that's at over 6600rpm. After looking at this log, I leaned out PE to stock values and it's still looking really good. | |
