whats the worst that could happen if the egr port were plugged up and the egr valve left electronically hooked up? would the car throw a bunch of codes?

also has anyone ever took the headers off and found that there were no header gaskets? i just took the front header off and no gasket? is this normal? also my front header is cracked to shit! baked and cracked in about 4 places! no wonder the ricers looked to my car with envy? my farts are louder than theirs! sick

It should throw an EGR code and have some drivability issues.

It should have gaskets, preferably stock metal gaskets.
Well, the cracks are unfortunate, they will have to be welded. Or the header replaced.

well.. head and header gaskets are in. tomorow ill drop the heads off to be reconditioned,couple days and $312. should be good. hope she runs better? found a place that will sell me a set of titanium rods for $1500 man would i love to have those in there!
